CTTE-2008 Registration
Fees include: access to all lectures and labs,
all coffee breaks, dinner/reception, lab/lecture notebook
• Standard Fee: $1,300
• Early Registration Fee (by April 30th):$1,195
• For members of the Endorsing Societies: $1,195
• For graduate students: $495

Refund Policy: All refund requests must be made in writing. Full refunds will be given for cancellations received by April 30, 2008. Cancellations received May 2, 2008 through May 15, 2008 will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after May 15, 2008.
Check-In time begins Monday, May 19, 2008 (12:00-1:00 p.m. Hovorka Atrium) Course notebooks, nametags, and other meeting materials will be distributed during the check-in process. Course registrations should be completed as soon as possible via fax or email with the registration form on this site. Registration questions can be answered by emailing Tammie Lee directly at tammie.lee@case.edu.
